Job Title: Human Resources Director

Facility: Charlotte Bay Rehab and Care Center

Pay Range: $27- $32 per hour, Depending on Experience

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Human Resources Director to join our team at Charlotte Bay Rehabilitation and Care Center as an Human Resources Director.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Recommend staffing levels to the Administrator.
• Review and process requests for new personnel.
• Evaluate employee performances and make recommendations.
• Maintain personnel records and ensure compliance with employment regulations.
• Interpret policies and procedures to personnel.
• Assist in standardizing work methods.
• Orient new personnel and maintain communication with department directors.
• Make reports and recommendations to the Administrator.
• Maintain bulletin boards and assist in daily staffing information.
• Assist in recruitment, selection, and training.
• Process personnel information and monitor claims.
• Counsel and discipline personnel as necessary.
• Manage attendance records and leaves of absence.
• Conduct investigations and exit interviews.
• Monitor unemployment claims and maintain employee relations.
• Serve as a liaison with union delegates/employees and management.
• Ensure regular training and in-services.
• Attend workshops and seminars to stay updated.
• Maintain training records for staff personnel.

Requirements:

• At least one year of experience in HR(preferably in a skilled nursing or healthcare facility)
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
